Leading the design team end-to-end — setting up design processes, directing product direction across applications, and driving stakeholder alignment with founders. Conducted field visits to deeply understand farmer needs and brought real-world insights into product decisions. Designed Social — a community feature enabling farmers to connect, share, and learn — and PocketVet, a veterinary telehealth tool for rural dairy farmers.

Led the end-to-end design of a B2C payments app, taking it from 0→1. The app scaled to support 5 million daily transactions — a result of rigorous user research, rapid iteration, and tight collaboration with engineering.

Owned the full design of a B2B SaaS ERP platform for educational institutions. Established the design system from scratch, conducted extensive user research, and collaborated across engineering, product, and client teams.

Improved the settings experience for Galvanize Test Prep — a student-facing exam prep app — with a focus on clarity, usability, and cleaner copy.
